In October, we are highlighting Fine Arts Programs across PCSSD. Did you know only about a dozen high schools in AR have an orchestra? MILLS UNIVERSITY STUDIES HIGH is one of the few! Students in the MILLS feeder can even start orchestra at MILLS MIDDLE! #pcssdproud #serveall


Don't forget that our Trunk or Treat event is on Friday, October 11th! We will have FREE hamburgers , hot dogs, and water/juice for everyone. Attention PCSSD students and staff. In honor breast cancer awareness month, we're having a districtwide Pink Out day next week. Join us in showing your support of breast cancer awareness by wearing something pink on Friday, October 18.


Our 💫🏀Lady Comets Basketball Team💫🏀 is taking school pride to the next level! They have adopted one mile of highway in front of our school, and as a team, they will work to keep our stretch of road clean and welcoming to everyone who visits our campus. Way to go, ladies! And thanks to Principal Patterson and Coach Gregory for their tireless support of the team and the project!

Congratulations to the newly sworn-in members of the PCSSD Teen Court for MILLS UNIVERSITY STUDIES HIGH! Teen Court is a class for students to hear cases of offenses committed by other students in the school and implement restorative justice principles. Thank you to Pulaski County Youth Services for their ongoing support of this program!

Parents of seniors - Mark your calendars! On Monday, October 7th we will hold a parent/guardian night for all of our 12th grade students from 6:00-7:00 in our high school auditorium. We will be sharing information about graduation, college and trade school applications, financial aid options, scholarship opportunities, and more. We have lots of information to share and want to help you navigate getting your senior to graduation and beyond!
