RMS: Any 6th, 7th, or 8th grade student that is interested in running Cross Country (XC) should contact Coach Hunt as soon as possible. His email address is nhunt9266@pcssd.org, and he is located in Room 325 on the third floor. XC running is an exciting sport in which teams and individuals run a race on courses such as dirt or grass. 7th and 8th grade runners compete in races or "meets" that cover a distance of 1.5 to 2.0 miles. Although Arkansas Athletic Association Rules do not permit 6th grade students to compete at the meets, 6th graders are nevertheless encouraged to practice with the team to gain experience, get healthier, and have fun! The "best" XC runners are hard workers with energy and passion who want to improve every day. Practices are held before school on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 6:30am-7:30am through the end of October. Coach Hunt uses the Remind App for all team communications, and interested students and parents can join any time through the link below: https://www.remind.com/join/4k7kg8 Again, please contact Coach Hunt as soon as possible if you are interested in joining the RMS XC Team.

The morning would bring new adventures no doubt Another school year is beginning with a lot to be excited about. Happy first day of school, and to all a goodnight!
