Recently MILLS, ROBINSON and SYLVAN HILLS MIDDLE schools attended "GPS" (Girls Power in STEM) at UCA. These 8th graders experienced various aspects of STEM from leading women in the fields of study. Special thanks to the event keynote speaker, Sara Ruane, Assistant Curator of Herpetology at the Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago, for taking a picture with our students.

Dear RMS parents; The 6th grade incentive field trip was scheduled for this Thursday, May 5, 2022 has been RESCHEDULED due to make-up testing for the ACT aspire.
The date of the field trip is now scheduled for Wednesday, May 11, 2022. If you volunteered to chaperone, please be there on that date. Thank you for your understanding.

This week is Teacher Appreciation Week-
1. We will have ACT ASPIRE testing on Tuesday ( Writing) and Wednesday (English). Please make sure students arrive before 8:30. Breakfast will be served from 7:45-8:30 for those who need it.

T-shirts will be back in time to wear them for field day on May 20.
3. RMS Yearbook Distribution and Signing Day will be on Friday, May 20th. If you have not yet ordered your student's RMS yearbook, you can online (bit.ly/rmsyearbook21). The price will increase if any copies remain for sale on signing day, and the number of available copies is limited, so order yours today!
4. Dance tickets are on sale this week in room 301.
