Mrs. Irby's life skills students are practicing various types of Hispanic heritage folk art for this week's STEAM focus. So far, they've studied Frida Kahlo, water colors, and Stanley Bermudez. For the final week, they'll make mosaic tiles. We love seeing their creativity!
The September attendance challenge officially ended last Friday. 8 out 16 elementary and *all* of our secondary schools had at least one week of 95% attendance. Way to go! Physical Science and Skilled Trades teachers from Robinson High and Robinson Middle recently attended a National Energy Education Development (NEED) training sponsored by the Entergy Arkansas grant. The teachers received hands-on learning and materials to use that will enhance their Physical Science energy labs and better prepare students for college and career fields in STEM.
